It's not a shock if they franchise tag AJ Green they obviously want him to throw it to somebody who's at least good
the Bengal's need three top Dolphins pick's. Dalton is a proven commodity and Miami needs Burrow. This is a no brainer for an organization who wants to win for both teams.
