A man has died after a crash in the area of University Blvd. and Shafor St. Thursday, the Middletown Division of Police says.According to police, the Middletown Communications Center received a call around 7:48 p.m. Thursday night regarding a crash that was believed to have severe injuries.Police say responding officers located a single-car crash on Nelbar St. at the railroad overpass.Authorities say the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, 53-year-old Douglas Miller, died as a result of the crash.Middletown police say they are working in conjunction with the Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team to investigate the crash.
