Police arrested a man Friday after shots were fed inside a crowded Colerain Township home, according to court documents.
Brandon England, 32, fired two shots in a residence with eight children inside, according to a complaint filed with Hamilton County. An affidavit filed in the case states one round entered a nearby residence.
England is being charged with one count of domestic violence, two counts of felonious assault, eight counts of child endangerment, one count of having weapons under disability, one count of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, and one count of using weapons while intoxicated.
England was prohibited from having a firearm due to a prior conviction, according to court records.
An initial court date is set for Monday.
