Two of the three people accused of shooting homeless people with BB gun have pleaded guilty to assault charges.
Brittany Hopper, 29, of East Price Hill and David White, 30, of Covington each admitted to three counts of assault Tuesday before Hamilton County Municipal Judge Curt Kissinger.
Brittany Hopper's sister, Kelsey Hopper, is also charged in the incidents, but her case is before Judge William Mallory. Her next hearing is schedule June 28.
Police said the trio drove through Downtown and Over-the-Rhine and shot two people experiencing homelessness, one of the victims was sleeping.
With the public's help, investigators located the vehicle which had been partially spraypainted in an attempt to hide it, officials said.
Brittany Hopper and White face a maximum of 18 months in jail. They have not yet been sentenced. Judge Kissenger said he wants to give the victims time to write statements about the impact the crimes had upon them.
Brittany Hopper is scheduled to be sentenced on July 19. White is scheduled for July 26.
