Ohio's statehouse primaries will be held Aug. 2. Early voting has already started.
The districts are based on a set of maps rejected by the Ohio Supreme Court as unconstitutional for unfairly favoring Republicans. The state will need to pass new maps before the 2024 election.
The primary will determine which candidates appear on the November ballot for Ohio's 132 statehouse races.
There are also several issues on the ballot, as well as party offices. You can find out if you're registered, and where to vote at vote.ohio.gov
