Cincinnati police have identified the man fatally shot Saturday morning near the Brent Spence Bridge.
Police said Silverio Moody Jr., 59, was found dead around 1 a.m by officers dispatched in the area of West Mehring Way near Pete Rose Way, following reports of a person down in the roadway.
Officials said Moody was shot multiple times. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced him dead.
Police said the investigation into Moody's homicide is ongoing. The department is asking persons with information related to his death to contact the Homicide Unit at 513-352-3542.
