And not just having mobile optimize, I want to take it one step further. You need to really have a custom mobile optimize where you actually take a look at all the different mobile platforms and make sure you have the best possible visitor experience no matter what platform they come from.

I call it the three-second rule. Three seconds to tell your visitors who you are, what do you do, what makes you unique, and what to do next if they're interested.
