CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A group, including several former candidates, has launched an effort to change the way Cincinnati elects its city council.
They drafted a plan called "Fair Cincy" in which five members would be elected by district with the remaining four elected at large. They say the system would better serve all of the city's 52 neighborhoods.
If the group gets 6,000 signatures for the charter amendment, it could go before voters in March 2020.
