The westbound lanes on I-74 near North Bend Road are shut down due to a truck fire.It happened around 8 a.m. on I-74 westbound between North Bend Road and Rybolt Road.Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.Icy conditions have been causing issues on the roadways Wednesday morning.Many drivers have already been reporting slippery, icy conditions on the roads.Snowy and icy road conditions are causing major backups on I-71/75 southbound at Richwood Road.The Cincinnati Police Department has put its emergency accident reporting procedures into effect until further notice.
