Foreclosure lawsuit filed against owner of Carew Tower

An iconic Cincinnati building is facing financial woes. The Carew Tower is at risk of foreclosure.The building owner owes more than $9.6 million in principal on the loan itself as well as some $93,000 in interest and another $3,500 in late fees.The initial foreclosure lawsuit was filed about four weeks ago. Owner Greg Power told WLWT in a statement: "The business offices, retail space and condominiums are under a purchase sale agreement which will preclude any foreclosure."
