Three Reds legends inducted into team's 2023 Hall of Fame

Bronson Arroyo, Danny Graves and the late great executive Gabe Paul are the three newest members of the Reds Hall of Fame. On Saturday, the class of 2023 met the legends already donning red coats for a special pregame ceremony. Arroyo, the second most innings pitched by a Red over the past 50 years; Graves, the club's all-time saves leader; and Gabe Paul's daughter, Jennie Paul were on hand this weekend. "Having these guys sitting behind me here. I mean, this is stuff that, you know, legends are made of when you're a kid and you have posters of these guys on your walls. And now you know, I was once in the boys club inside the locker room, and now I'm like, in the old boys club. But. Right. Welcome to the team," Arroyo said during the ceremony.Danny Graves reiterated the sentiment."Exactly. These guys back here. I can't even believe it. I'm afraid to turn around like I'm. This is royalty back here. And. And it's weird to think that I'm going to be part of that. But this is an unbelievable feeling. It's not easy to get me speechless, but I've been speechless for a while about this," Graves said.Paul spoke on behalf of her father."I don't know if you know this, but dad started this hall of fame, and he didn't start this hall of fame, so he could be in it. He started the hall of fame for all of you because of your great efforts," she said.
