Wednesday Heat Then Rain Chances
HOUSE. SUCH A SAD HERE LEADING INTO KEVIN. OH, I LOVE THE DEAD DRAGON OUT THERE AS IT’S AROUND FOR A LONG, LONG TIME. CHEAP METEOROLOGIST KEVIN ROBINSON JOINING US NOW, A SUNSHINE OUT TODAY. A CHANGES, THOUGH, PERHAPS IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, RIGHT? YEAH, WE’RE GOING TO SEE A CHANGE IN HUMIDITY. SO IT’S GOING TO GO BACK UP AND THEN EVENTUALLY TO THE THREAT FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS RETURNING TO THE AREA AS WELL. WE STILL NEED MORE RAIN AROUND HERE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT. HERE’S A LIVE LOOK OUTSIDE RIGHT. IT’S A WARM YOU KNOW, EVENING ACROSS THE TRI. IT IS EARLY TO MID JULY, SO WE’VE GOT THE HIGH SUN ANGLE AND SOME PRETTY WARM TEMPERATURES OUT THERE THIS AFTERNOON. BUT IT’S ALL MANAGEABLE BECAUSE THE HUMIDITY REMAINS RELATIVELY LOW. WE’RE AT 85 DEGREES RIGHT NOW. NOTICE THERE’S NOT A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ACTUAL FEELS LIKE TEMPERATURE AND THE TEMPERATURE BECAUSE OUR DEW AND HUMIDITY ARE RELATIVELY LOW. SO WHEN YOU FACTOR THAT IN WITH A LITTLE BIT OF A BREEZE OUT THERE, IT ACTUALLY FEELS PRETTY NICE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE IN THE SHADE. TEMPERATURES ALL AROUND THE TRI STATE ARE GENERALLY IN THE MID EIGHTIES FROM SALES AT 85 OVER TO 87. IN PEEBLES AND MAYSVILLE. ALSO AGAIN, COMFORTABLY WARM THINK WOULD BE THE RULE FOR NOW. SO WHERE ARE WE ON THE MUGGY SCALE? WE ARE IN THE TOLERABLE RANGE, BUT AS WE GO TOWARDS THE END THE WEEK ESPECIALLY PROBABLY LATE TOMORROW NIGHT AND THEN THURSDAY WE’RE GOING TO START INCHING OUR WAY HERE MORE TOWARDS THAT MUGGY FEEL, IF NOT EVEN GETTING TOWARDS TROPICAL. EVENTUALLY THAT WILL LEND ITSELF TO BETTER SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES AS WELL. FOR NOW, THOUGH, JUST A WARM, DRY DAY. NOTICE STORMS UP ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES. THIS IS AN ASSOCIATION WITH A FRONT THAT EVENTUALLY WILL SAG TOWARDS THE RIVER, ESPECIALLY AS WE GET INTO THE DAY ON THURSDAY, I THINK EARLY THURSDAY, PROBABLY SHOWERS AND STORMS OUT THERE. SO IT’S NICE DRY RAIN FREE THIS EVENING. OUR DEW POINTS ARE ONLY IN THE SIXTIES, SO IT’S GOING TO BE A VERY NICE. PULL OUT THE GRILL. MAYBE IF YOU WANT TO HANG OUT AROUND THE POOL, FIND THE ANYTHING OUTDOORS. YOU GOT TO GET THAT LAWN MOWED. IT SHOULD BE NICE. WE’LL GET DOWN EVENTUALLY INTO SIXTIES BY MORNING. SO NO RAIN IN HERE TOMORROW I’M GOING TO HOLD BACK THE RAIN FOR WEDNESDAY. I’M GOING TO KEEP IT IN HERE ON. THURSDAY, I THINK THURSDAY. WE’VE GOT MEDIUM IMPACT AND THEN WE’LL SHOULD SQUEEZE IN A DRY FRIDAY BEFORE I THINK WE HAVE ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS AND STORMS ON SATURDAY. SO HERE’S CAST. YOU CAN SEE SKIES MOSTLY CLEAR TONIGHT. PLENTY OF HOT SUNSHINE ANTICIPATED FOR TOMORROW AROUND THE AREA. WE’RE GOING TO KEEP IT DRY. DID YOU SEE THAT CLUSTER OF STORMS THAT DROVE TO OUR WEST? I’LL KEEP AN EYE ON THAT, BUT FOR NOW, I’M GOING TO KEEP YOUR WEDNESDAY DRY. AND I THINK AS WE GO INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT, THURSDAY MORNING, SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM, CHANCES WILL GO UP, ESPECIALLY THE FIRST HALF OF YOUR THURSDAY AND THEN WE MAY KEEP A LINGERING STORM THREAT INTO THURSDAY EVENING. BUT I THINK IT’S GOING TO BE EARLY IN THE DAY ON THURSDAY. SHOWERS AND STORMS ROLL THROUGH. BY EARLY I MEAN NEAR OR BEFORE LUNCHTIME, PROBABLY 67 TONIGHT. IT’S COMFORTABLY MILD OR WARM, HOT SUNSHINE TOMORROW. BUT I CALL IT TOLERABLE HUMIDITY. WE’LL BE JUST SHY OF 90. HERE’S LOOK AT YOUR DAY PLANNER STARTING OUT THE MORNING IN THE SIXTIES WILL CLIMB TOWARDS 85 BY LUNCH TIME AND THEN JUST SHORT OF 90 FOR THE AFTERNOON HOURS. YOUR SEVEN DAY FORECAST WITH SHOWERS AND STORM CHANCES LIKELY IN HERE ON THURSDAY I’M GOING AHEAD AND MADE THURSDAY WEATHER IMPACT DAY AND THEN MORE RAIN CHANCE AS WE START OUR WEEKEND SEVEN. THANKS S
A little warmer tomorrow before rain chances return.
