Hurricane Danielle and Tropical Storm Earl form in Atlantic

Sister station WPBF 25 News meteorologists say Earl is not expected to directly impact land, limited flooding impacts are possible across the Leeward Islands, the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico this weekend.
