Warm-up arrives ahead of chance for rain

Weekend weather planner: Warm-up arrives ahead of chance for rain

THROUGH FRIDAY. COLIN: WE WILL HAVE SOME GOOD WEATHER TO DO ALL OF THAT WORK. MY WIFE HAS PRINTED A LIST FOR ME, BUT I UNDERSTAND. KELLY: YOU ARE DOING IT ALL. AND YOU ARE JUST GOING TO SHAKE YOUR HEAD. [LAUGHTER] I DON’T THINK I HAVE ENTERED THE DUSTING PHASE YET, BUT I WILL ALSO HAVE A LIST. RANDI: MY KIDS KNOW ON THEIR LIST THIS WEEKEND IS THE LEAF PICKUP. KELLY: THAT IS SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO, WHEN OUR KIDS GET OLDER THEY CAN DO IT FOR US. COLIN: LET’S GO, GUYS. RANDI: THEY WILL GAD -- GET A PILE AND JUMP IN IT. IT WILL BE GREAT TO DO THAT BECAUSE THE WINDS WILL DIE DOWN AND THE TEMPERATURES WILL BE NICE. AS WE LOOK AT THE WARMER WEATHER AS WE GO THROUGH THE WEEKEND, TODAY EXPECT SUNNY SKIES AND TEMPERATURES THAT GET CLOSE TO HITTING 70 DEGREES. THAT SEEMS GREAT AFTER THE CHILLY WEEK WE HAVE HAD. TOMORROW IS EVEN WARMER. WE WILL BE CLOSE TO 50 IN THE MORNING AND 75. IT IS A WHO DEY SUNDAY. AS WE LOOK TOWARDS THE STADIUM THIS MORNING, SITTING AT 42 WITH CLEAR SKIES. OUR WINDS ARE OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST THE SOUTHERLY BREEZE THAT DRIVES UP OUR TEMPERATURES, SO EVEN THOUGH IT FEELS LIKE THE 30’S THIS MORNING, GIVE IT A COUPLE OF HOURS. IT STARTS IN EARNEST AS WE GET TO LUNCHTIME AND SMOOTH SAILING INTO THE WEEKEND TO NEXT WEEK. TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE UPPER 60’S. IF YOU ARE HEADED OUT TO HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TONIGHT, IT WILL BE 61, SO DRESS FOR THE 50’S AS THE SUN GOES DOWN. HERE IS OUR CURRENT SET UP. HIGH-PRESSURE COMING OUT OF THE EAST AND THIS WARM FRONT TO OUR WEST WILL TOSS US A COUPLE OF CLOUDS LATE MORNING. THAT IS THE WARMER AIR PUSHING IN AND NOTHING BUT CLEAR SKIES OVER THE WEEKEND. WE ALSO CONTINUE WITH THE DRY PATTERN. YOU CAN SEE MOST OF GREATER CINCINNATI IS IN THIS BRIGHT YELLOW THAT IS CONSIDERED ABNORMALLY DRY, SO WE DO NEED SOME RAIN BUT IT WILL NOT COME UNTIL COLD FRONT NEXT WEEK. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE HERE ON WEDNESDAY. 69 DEGREES IS THE EXPECTED HIGH FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT, HOW ABOUT A LOW OF THE EIGHT? IT IS MUCH MILDER THAN WHAT WE HAVE SEEN. TOMORROW, 75 DEGREES WITH MORE SUNSHINE. HERE IS THAT SEVEN DAY FORECAST. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT SATURDAY MORNING, MAYBE YOU ARE HEADED ON THE WALK DOWNTOWN, AT 8:00 A.M., IT WILL BE 48 AND BY LUNCHTIME, 66. AND YOUR WHO DEY FORECAST ON SUNDAY, 70’S AT KICKOFF AND THE RAIN ARRIVES ON WE
