Back to the 70s
RANDI RICO. I GOT SOME NAMES TO REMEMBER. I’M THINKING ALLISON ROGERS SAYING OR EVEN ADAM BURNISTON BRANDY. I’M WITH YOU GUYS, AS ALWAYS. WE WOKE UP EARLY. WE’RE HAPPY TO HAVE YOU. AND YOU MATCH YOUR MATCH THIS MORNING WITH OUR SHOW. SO IT’S PERFECT. WE’RE PLOTTING SPRING A LITTLE BIT. WE’RE GOING TO GET A RESET. BUT TODAY IS GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL. WELL, WE’RE GOING TO GET UP IN THE 70. AND, YOU KNOW, WE HAD SOME BEAUTIFUL WEATHER LAST WEEK. EVERY ONE OF THEM FOLLOWED BY CRAZY STORMS, YOU KNOW, THREE ROUNDS OF SEVERE WEATHER, MULTIPLE TORNADOES REPORTED, TONS OF WIND DAMAGE, TONS OF HEAVY RAIN. WE’RE GOING TO GET SOME LIGHT RAIN AND A TEMPERATURE DROP. THIS ONE’S LIKE TAKING IT EASY ON US, TRULY. AND THAT’S IT. AND IT’S GOING TO BE AFTER 8:00. WE STILL GET OUTSIDE. ENJOY THE LOVELY WEATHER. THERE’S A BIG TEMPERATURE DROP COMING, BUT THAT’S KIND OF IT. SO FOR TODAY, 72 DEGREES NEAR THE RECORD HIGH, WHICH IS 74. SO WE’LL WATCH THAT. THIS AFTERNOON. AND THE APPROACHING COLD FRONT WILL BRING US SOME SCATTERED SHOWERS AFTER ABOUT 8 P.M. THROUGH MIDNIGHT. SO JUST SOME SHOWERS WITH THIS ONE, BUT IT WILL DROP THE TEMPERATURES KIND OF BACK TO TYPICAL COOL MARCH READINGS. SO OVERNIGHTS IN THE MORNINGS WILL BE IN THE THIRTIES AND THE AFTERNOONS CLOSER TO 50. SO MORE SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES STARTING TOMORROW. RIGHT NOW IT’S 43 DEGREES IN CINCINNATI, 41 IN MIDDLETOWN AND 42 IN INDEPENDENCE. AND AS FAR AS ANY RAIN GOES, FIRST PART OF THE DAY, IT’S KIND OF FOCUSED ALONG I-70 UP TO OUR NORTH, THOUGH, A SPRINKLE COULD MAKE IT INTO OUR NORTHERN MOST COMMUNITIES DURING THE EARLY PART OF THE DAY. YOU’LL SEE, THOUGH, ON THE FUTURE CARS. FOR MOST OF US, IT’S GOING TO BE AFTER 8 P.M. TONIGHT THAT OUR RAIN CHANCE GOES UP. SO 9:00 WILL BE AT 48. NEW WE’RE ALREADY AT 65. AND THIS AFTERNOON, TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW SEVENTIES. YOU’LL NOTICE A LITTLE MORE CLOUD COVER INTO THE EVENING AND THE WINDS START TO PICK UP IN ADVANCE OF THOSE SHOWERS THAT MOVE IN AFTER 8:00. SO SCATTERED RAIN, EIGHT, NINE, 10 P.M. SO IN THE FUTURE, PAST THIS MORNING, KEEPING THE FOCUS OF ANY SHOWERS REALLY OFF TO OUR NORTH GET MAYBE A PASSING SPRINKLE IN OUR EXTREME WEATHER MOST COMMUNITIES. BUT FOR MOST OF US, A QUIET AND MILD MORNING. WE HAVE SOME CLOUDS AROUND. WE GET INTO THE AFTERNOON. SUNSHINE TAKES OVER AND OUR TEMPERATURES HEAD UP INTO THE LOW 70 ESE. AND AFTER ABOUT SEVEN OR 8 P.M., IT’S ALREADY AFTER DARK. HERE YOU’RE LOOKING AT SOME RAIN SHOWERS DRIFTING IN FROM THE NORTH. SO 8:00 FOR THE ARRIVAL TIME NORTH OF TOWN, PROBABLY CLOSER TO 9:00 DOWNTOWN. AND THEN BY THE TIME WE GET TO MIDNIGHT, THOSE RAIN SHOWERS ARE ALREADY ON THEIR WAY OUT TO THE SOUTH AND EAST. TODAY, 72 PARTLY CLOUDY, VERY WARM, GETTING A LITTLE BREEZY LATE IN THE DAY. AND THEN TONIGHT, EXPECT RAIN SHOWERS, SPECIFICALLY 8 P.M. TO MIDNIGHT KIND OF HOUR WINDOW THERE FOR SOME RAIN. AND IT’S JUST A RESET. CHECK OUT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SCREEN HERE. THE NORMAL HIGH IS 50 AND THAT’S WHAT WE’RE GOING TO BE FOR MOST OF THE WEEK. FRIDAY, WE’LL SEE SOME RAIN SHOWERS, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT OF MIX ON THE FRONT END OF THAT AS OUR TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE UPPER THIRTIES EARLY ON FRIDAY MORNING. ALL RIGHT, KATIE, WE’VE GOT QUIE
70s and some sunshine...then showers after dark tonight. Temperatures tumble by tomorrow.
