The Ohio State Highway Patrol says one person has died following a crash on I-71 Sunday just north of Fields Ertel Rd. in Deerfield Township.Troopers say the crash occurred around 11 a.m. Sunday morning.Officials say two vehicles were involved.According to officials, one vehicle was carrying the person who died as well as another person who was transported to a local hospital with injuries.
