2023 Flying Pig Marathon: Jason Salyer is men's winner

Jason Salyer is the male winner of the 2023 Flying Pig Marathon.A native of Tipp City, Ohio, Salyer crossed the finish line in 2:27:10. Salyer's time gives him an automatic qualifier to the United States Olympic trials.It was a comeback effort for Salyer, who beat second-place finisher William Cadwell by about 18 seconds. Cadwell, a Covington native, led most of the early portions of the race, finishing with a time of 2:27:28.Cincinnati's Jack Randall finished third, with a time of 2:28:13.After the race, Salyer spoke with WLWT's Ashley Kirklen.
