‘No threat’ after calls of shooter at Kentucky Dept. of Transportation building


Kentucky State Police confirm no shots were fired after a call about a possible shooter at the Kentucky Department of Transportation building in Frankfort Wednesday afternoon.Kentucky State Police said they were called around 3 p.m. about someone possibly with a gun inside the Kentucky Department of Transportation Cabinet and Mayo Underwood Building on Metro Street.KSP, along with Frankfort Police Department, U.S. Marshal Service and Frankfort Sheriff's Office are clearing the buildings.Police said no one was hurt and there is no threat to the public.
