A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused delays for drivers along Interstate 71 nearly Oakley Thursday afternoon.The jackknifed tractor-trailer sat on the southbound side near the Ridge Road exit just before 4 p.m.You can watch video of the jackknifed tractor-trailer in the video player above.First responders arrived at the scene to remove the truck.
