There's truly no offseason for elite college football programs, as the Cincinnati Bearcats continue to demonstrate just weeks following their Dec. 31 College Football Playoff appearance.
In addition to the coaching carousel UC's experienced recently, the Bearcats also continue to rake in fresh recruiting commitments. Just this week, UC picked up two three-star-rated recruits in Miamisburg tight end Jackson McGohan (2023) and North Canton Hoover defensive lineman Drew Logan (2022).
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound McGohan announced his commitment via Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.
It's still relatively early in the recruiting process for players classified in the 2023 class, but McGohan is the fifth player to sign on for UC in that cycle.
According to Rivals.com, the five-player 2023 Bearcats class is currently ranked No. 17 in America.
Logan, a 6-foot-4, 245-pound athlete, used a Monday Twitter post to announce his decision for next fall. He joins a 2022 Bearcats recruiting class currently ranked No. 41 nationally, as well as first in the AAC.
