We're not exactly in the prime season for concert announcements in Cincinnati, but we sure got some big ones this week.
Former "American Idol" judge and four-time Grammy Award-winner Keith Urban will kick off the North American leg of his Speed of Now World Tour at Riverbend Music Center on July 16. Ingrid Andress opens the show. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10.
The Riverbend gig planners haven't been sleeping, they've also announced a co-headlining tour of Chicago ("one of the best-selling music groups of all time") and Brian Wilson (co-founder of the Beach Boys) coming through for a show on July 23. Tickets for that one go on sale Friday, Dec. 3, at 10 p.m.

Also announced this week, Waxahatchee (indie project from singer-songwriter Katie Crutchfield) will play at Woodward Theater on April 13 with Madi Diaz. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3, at woodwardtheater.com.
