No. 1 is Ohio State, then the now open job is at Notre Dame and third was Michigan State, which he already turned down.But Kelly bolting for the bayou has UC fans concerned that Fickell could soon be getting a call from South Bend.While Fickell is a top candidate, so his old defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman.During Monday's conference title game press conference, Fickell was asked about how he handles his name being tied to head coach openings."I'm no different than what I talked about for our team that we don't focus on. We don't talk about, you know, individual things. We make sure we keep this stuff within our family and with, you know, we don't talk or focus on or worry about those other things," he said. "They'll take care of themselves at some point in time. That's the way I go about things. That's the way we want our program to go about things and it's not going to change."UC is getting ready for the conference championship game against Houston Saturday at 4 p.m.
