With Notre Dame Fighting Irish head coach Brian Kelly preparing to leave for LSU per multiple reports Monday night, a text Kelly reportedly sent to his players was shared via social media.
Kelly was the University of Cincinnati Bearcats' head coach from 2006 to 2009. He's been Notre Dame's head coach since leaving UC.
Kelly's team lost 24-13 to the Bearcats in early October - Notre Dame's only loss so far this season - despite Kelly's halftime speech in which he told his players, "You're gonna play the right way, or you're not gonna play."
