A man is behind bars after an accused kidnapping and armed robbery.Mt. Healthy Police said the suspect, 25 year old Trevor Stigall, violated a restraining order when he entered the home with a pick axe.A 911 caller reported the incident to police on Hamilton Avenue Wednesday."The guy's got a restraining order against the other guy and he's got him in his house scared," the caller said. "He said he keeps coming back and he might be there right now."Police confirmed the homeowner, David Leaman, does have a restraining order against Stigall.They said Stigall violated the restraining order by first entering the home and allegedly stealing food.Police said a short time later, he came back with the pick axe and forced Leaman to leave the trailer, "or else.""He was threatening to cause physical harm to him if he didn't go get the money out of the ATM," Sgt. Alan Fath with Mt. Healthy Police said.The two walked to a nearby UDF, where Leaman withdrew $20 and handed it to Stigall.Officers eventually found the suspect and arrested him that night. He faced a judge Thursday and is charged with aggravated burglary, kidnaping, robbery and violating a protection order.Police say Stigall is claiming he did nothing wrong."The suspect stated that he had been asked to come to the residence and he voluntarily was given that $20," Fath said.
