A high school senior earned perfect scores on both the SATs and ACTs.

Liam Volk-Klos, a senior at Seneca Valley High School in Pennsylvania — about 20 miles north of Pittsburgh — thanked his teachers and parents for his success.

Earning perfect scores on both tests is rare. Less than 1% of students who have taken the tests have done it.
