EAST END, Ohio (WKRC) - An empty parking lot in the East End will soon become Cincinnati's first permanent food truck park.
With about 140 of them now operating in the Tri-State, supporters wanted to create a place they'd be available any time.
Cove Food Park will be open May through November starting Wednesday at Rivertowne Marina on Kellogg Avenue. The lot will have trucks that serve lunch and dinner along with late-night food when there are concerts at Riverbend.
Operators are also working on a license to sell local craft beer. Until then, it's BYOB.
