A bicyclist was killed in a crash with a car Friday morning in West Chester.It happened just before 5:30 a.m. Friday on Muhlhauser Road near the Ikea store, according to township spokeswoman Barb Wilson. The roadway is closed between International Boulevard and Allen Road. Wilson said a person on a bicycle was struck and killed by a car. The driver of that car stayed on scene and is cooperating with police, Wilson said. The victim's name has not been released.
