Jacksonville Jaguars’ inactives include Cincinnati native Carlos Hyde

Hyde, who attending Princeton High School as a freshman before moving to Naples, Florida, was among the Jaguars' inactives despite not appearing on an injury report earlier in the week. The former Ohio State Buckeye is in his first season with the Jaguars.

Hyde has rushed for 95 yards on 19 carries through the Jags' first three games, with two catches for 14 receiving yards. Hyde's absence likely will mean more work for starting running back James Robinson in Cincinnati.

The Bengals' inactives include safety Jessie Bates III, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, receiver Tee Higgins, offensive linemen Xavier Su'a-Filo and Fred Johnson and defensive tackle Tyler Shelvin.

Kicker Josh Lambo, defensive tackle Jay Tufele, cornerback Nevin Lawson, defensive end/linebacker Jordan Smith and defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris were Jacksonville's other inactives.
