Cincinnati Bengals safety Jessie Bates III was among four players not participating in Tuesday's practice in advance of Thursday night's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Paul Brown Stadium.
The others were receiver Tee Higgins, defensive back Chidobe Awuzie and guard Xavier Su'a-Filo.
Offensive tackle Riley Reiff was a limited participant Tuesday.
