Former Cincinnati Bengals receiver Mohamed Sanu is signing a one-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers, his agent, Mike McCartney, announced via Twitter.
Sanu spent most of last season with the Detroit Lions after the Niners released him. He had 16 catches for 178 yards with a touchdown in seven games with Detroit. He had one catch for nine yards in three games for San Francisco.
