A Mississippi elementary school teacher has died from complications due to COVID-19, according to her family. Theodora Bridges died Thursday. Bridges' family said the first COVID-19 test she took was negative. Her family said she had intended to go to a family event, but didn't feel well, so she went to the hospital. Bridges was tested again at the hospital, and this time the test was positive for COVID-19.
