National Chili Dog Day is coming up and Greater Cincinnati's biggest chili chains are celebrating it.
Cincinnati's favorite holiday is still about a week away but there is plenty of time to get excited. National Chili Dog Day is Thursday, July 29.
In honor of the holiday, Skyline Chili will be launching 100 pairs of limited-edition sneakers.
The blue shoes feature a coney and three-way print with the iconic Skyline logo and crackers on the heels.
You can enter the sweepstakes at skylinechili.com through Thursday (a.k.a, National Chili Dog Day).
The contest is open to residents of Florida, Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio who are 18 years of age or older.
Gold Star Chili will also be celebrating, buy offering free cheese coneys.
Coney lovers will receive one free cheese coney with the purchase of any regular Pepsi product for dine-in, drive-thru or carry-out service on June 29 at any of Gold Star’s 70 restaurants.
