A bicyclist was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Cincinnati’s Bond Hill neighborhood, authorities said.It happened around 4:30 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Joseph Street.Police say a bicyclist – identified as 61-year-old Gerard Crumpley – was riding a bicycle westbound when he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
