A woman was apprehended by police after she climbed onto a downtown fountain on Thursday, court documents allege.
Danny Bailey, 28, is facing charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and criminal trespass, according to documents filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
The documents state that Bailey was observed climbing on top of the Tyler Davidson Fountain at Fountain Square by Cincinnati police and disobeyed orders from officers to stop.
Bailey is also accused of kicking an officer while police attempted to place her in handcuffs, documents state. She was ultimately struck by a Taser during the arrest.
Bailey was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center around 2 p.m. and she is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment on Friday at 12:30 p.m.
