One driver is dead and another was injured Monday night after two cars collided head-on in College Hill.It happened shortly after 11 p.m. on Daly Road when a driver traveling south crossed into the opposite lanes, hitting a car head-on.The driver, Dwight Lavizzo, 36, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.The other driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment. Lavizzo was not wearing a seatbelt. The second driver was wearing a seatbelt.Excessive speed and impairment are yet to be determined as factors in the crash.
