The Middletown Police Department is searching for a missing woman with dementia who was last seen around noon Sunday.Police said Deborah Burgess Riley walked away from the area of Lincoln Street and 6th Avenue.Officials said Burgess Riley is 5'5" and weighs 165 lbs. She has long gray hair and is possibly wearing a maroon jacket.Anyone who has seen her or knows her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
