Thunderstorms are on the way to Greater Cincinnati.
The National Weather Service said multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are possible starting Wednesday, bringing a chance of isolated severe weather and flooding concerns.
Storms on Wednesday could produce damaging wind gusts and hail. That National Weather Service said rain will be heavy at times and there is a potential for isolated flooding issues
"Winds will pick up through the day with some wind gusts of 20 to 30 mph possible," the National Weather Service said.
Thunderstorms will also be possible on Thursday, with some storms producing damaging winds and heavy rain. Flooding could also be possible.
"Drier conditions return for Friday through most of the weekend before showers and thunderstorms return to the region by early next week," forecasters said.

Wednesday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 4 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 79. Overnight showers and thunderstorms likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 8 p.m. Low around 64.
Thursday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 70. Overnight chance of showers, mainly before 8 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 61. Overnight low around 39.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 70. Overnight low around 51.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Overnight low around 58.
