Man arrested after fatal shooting at a Rally’s drive-thru

A Colerain Township man was arrested in connection to Monday's fatal shooting at a Rally's drive-thru that police believe was motivated by an affair.

On May 3, Sharonville officers responded to the Rally's drive-thru in the 2300 block of East Sharon Road around noon. Police said the victim, Michael Brice, 32,  was unresponsive when officers arrived.

Anthony Holley, Jr., 29, has been arrested in connection to the shooting.

According to police records, Holley found out that Brice was having an intimate relationship with his wife. Police believe Holley knew Brice often goes to the Rally's on East Sharon Road during his lunch break.

Investigators said surveillance video shows Holley punching Brice, then pulling out a firearm and firing 10 shots at Brice's car before fleeing the scene.

Holley is facing an aggravated murder charge.
