NEW YORK – Xavier's men's basketball team hasn't won a game in the Big East Conference Tournament since 2019.
The Musketeers will attempt to end that streak on Thursday night at Madison Square Garden at 7 p.m.
Xavier, the No. 2 seed, faces off against DePaul in the quarterfinals.

Xavier and DePaul split the regular-season series with the Blue Demons winning at Wintrust Arena and the Musketeers dominating a few weeks ago in Cintas Center.
The feeling is a little different for Xavier this year at the Big East Tournament. In each of the last four seasons, Xavier's arrived at the conference tournament as an NCAA Tournament bubble team.
The Musketeers are nowhere near the bubble this season. At 23-8 (15-5 Big East), Xavier's a lock for the NCAA Tournament. This week's all about playing well and finding some momentum for the NCAA Tournament.

Xavier's put together one of its best stretches of the game and after a 7-0 run, DePaul needs a timeout.
It was a Colby Jones jumper, a bucket and the foul from Desmond Claude, and a tough finish inside from Jack Nunge, who's up to 16 points.
This is the most momentum Xavier's had since the opening tip of the game. Musketeers need to capitalize on it.
