Ohio State played its first home football game of the season on Saturday and it was a notable occasion.
Not just because it had been more then 650 days since more than 100,000 people were able to watch the Buckeyes play. Not because of the dreadful loss the Buckeyes suffered and not even because The Best Damn Band in the Land made its return to Ohio Stadium as well.
Saturday was Sept. 11, 2021, and it was the 20th anniversary of the terror attacks that changed the world.
The football team honored the day by wearing "9/11" stickers as way to mark the occasion.
Here's how the Ohio State Band remembered Sept. 11, 2001.
