It appears that former Cincinnati Bengals player Eric Bieniemy will remain the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator regardless of whether his team repeats as Super Bowl champion with a win in Super Bowl LV next month.
With Baltimore Ravens assistant David Culley reportedly the Houston Texans' choice for the final National Football League head coaching vacancy, Bieniemy's aspiration of becoming a head coach again will be put on hold.
Bieniemy was a running back and kick returner for the Bengals from 1995 to 1998. He became the Chiefs' offensive coordinator in Jan. 2018 after coaching the team's running backs for five seasons.
