Season-ending Achilles injury for Jets’ defensive end

Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Carl Lawson, who signed a three-year deal worth $45 million with the New York Jets in March, suffered a ruptured Achilles injury during the Jets' joint Training Camp practice with the Packers in Green Bay on Thursday, per multiple reports.

The Jets confirmed that Lawson will miss the upcoming NFL season.
