Update, 7:51 p.m.: All Cincinnati Public Schools students will learn from home on Thursday due to weather, officials announced Wednesday evening.

The district announced students in the blended learning model who are supposed to attend in-person Thursday will instead have class via distanced learning with their teacher.
This includes preschool and specialized classes, officials said.
Update, 6:45 p.m.: AAA received more than 1,000 calls for emergency roadside assistance as of 6 p.m. Wednesday, officials said.
The company says 70% of the calls so far have had to do with battery and tow issues.
"Winter weather continues to wreak havoc on vehicles across the Cincinnati tri-state area," AAA wrote in a Wednesday news release.
AAA urges drivers to plan ahead for the incoming snowstorm by checking their batteries and tires, and packing a vehicle emergency kit with a cell phone, water, first-aid kit, non-perishable snacks, a snow shovel, blankets, extra warm clothing, a flashlight with extra batteries, window washer solvent, an ice scraper with brush, paper towels, jumper cables, warning devices and a basic toolkit with screwdrivers, pliers and an adjustable wrench.
Update, 5:15 p.m.: The National Weather Service has expanded its winter weather advisory to parts of Indiana and above Interstate 71.
The expectations of the advisory remain the same, forecasters say: light snow is forecast to begin this evening and accumulate overnight, leading to hazardous conditions for Thursday.
"Plan some extra time for your morning commutes," the National Weather Service says.
Forecasters expect 1-3 inches of snowfall Wednesday night. The advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Wednesday through 1 a.m. Friday.

The National Weather Service said with arctic air settling in, highs will be 15 to 20 degrees below normal for mid-February.
Wednesday is starting out bitterly cold with the temperature in single-digits and could feel as cold as minus 1 due to wind chill. Some areas saw negative temperatures early this morning.
The coldest temperature of minus 6 was reported at Butler County Regional Airport at 12:05 a.m.

High pressure will provide cold and dry conditions Wednesday, but more snow will be on the way overnight and into Thursday.
When the snow hits
A winter weather advisory has been issued for Northern Kentucky and Ohio counties southeast of I-71 starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday and into 1 a.m. Friday. That region is expected to see heavier snowfall amounts with accumulation expected to be in the 2- to 4-inch range.
The counties northwest of I-71 are expected to get 1 to 3 inches of snow.
"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Slow down and use caution while traveling," the National Weather Service said.
Light snow is expected to start about 7 p.m. Wednesday and ramp up after 2 a.m. Thursday. Snow is expected to continue falling through the day Thursday.
Temperatures will remain bitter.
"Very cold air moves in later on Friday into Friday night with forecast lows on Friday night in the single digits. Wind chills may also sink into the single digits below zero Saturday morning," forecasters said.
The extended forecast shows temperatures rise above freezing on Sunday and in the 40s on Monday.
