Which Southwest Ohio high school football players made All-State?

COLUMBUS— The Division II and III football All-Ohio teams were announced Wednesday by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association.

On Monday, the Division VI and VII All-Ohio teams were announced with DIV-V honorees announced yesterday. The Division I All-Ohio team and the Ohio Mr. Football Award will be announced Thursday. 

Winton Woods Defensive Lineman Jay'ron Gibson has been named the Division II Defensive Player of the Year. In Division III, Western Brown quarterback Drew Novak earns Offensive Player of the Year. 

2021 Division II All-Ohio Football Teams

Offensive Players of the Year: Trey Martin, Green; Lamar Sperling, Akron Hoban

Defensive Player of the Year: Jay’ron Gibson, Cincinnati Winton Woods

Coaches of the Year: Rob Page, Big Walnut; Alex Garvin, Kings
