A Cincinnati police cruiser was involved in a crash in Avondale Thursday evening.The crash happened at Reading Road and Cleveland Avenue.Police said the police cruiser as driving north on Reading Road. Meanwhile, a woman driving a gray Volkswagen tried to make a turn onto Cleveland Avenue causing the cruiser to hit the Volkswagen.The officer and the other driver are expected to be OK. Police said the driver of the Volkswagen was taken back to the police district for questioning.WLWT will provide updates when more information is available.
