The three-run homer Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto hit Friday night against the Phillies in Philadelphia gave him 14 homers in his last 19 games, and 26 for the season - second-most in the National League.
Votto took Phillies starting pitcher Zack Wheeler deep in the fourth inning of the Reds' 6-1 win at Citizens Bank Park.
Social media reactions:
Votto's two-homer game in Atlanta earlier this week moved him past Pete Rose into third place on the Reds' all-time RBI list.
