After Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Madison Bumgarner didn't allow a hit in seven innings Sunday against the Atlanta Braves, there was significant debate on social media about whether Bumgarner had thrown a no-hitter.
Former Cincinnati Reds relief pitcher Rob Dibble, a Reds Hall of Famer, gave his two cents about Bumgarner's effort, and added that he thinks the seven-inning doubleheaders Major League Baseball has been playing "are a joke."
