Cincinnati is in the spotlight again.
The Queen City is going to be featured on "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations" on Monday night. Host Andrew Zimmern will take a tour of Cincinnati's "culinary icons" on the upcoming episode.
"Cincinnati's cuisine is inspired by the European immigrants who brought their hearty fare with them to Ohio, and (Zimmern) highlights some of the dishes that continue to be can't-miss local favorites," the episode description said.
Zimmern tries out pork schnitzel, goetta, Cincinnati chili and ice cream made using a French pot method... aka Graeter's Ice Cream.
The episode airs at 10 p.m. Monday on the Cooking Channel.
If you miss it, you can catch a rerun at 2 a.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
