Cincinnati police say they have covered more than 180 miles searching for 3-year-old Nylo Lattimore with no trace of him, besides his mother's body and a stroller.
Nylo was last seen around noon on Dec. 4, police said. Days later, his mother, Nyteisha Lattimore, was found stabbed to death near the Purple People Bridge. She was 29.
Police say 20-year-old Desean Brown, Lattimore's boyfriend, stabbed her with an unknown weapon at her home in Walnut Hills before disposing of her body near the Ohio River.
A month and a half later, Nylo remains missing. Police believe his disappearance may involve foul play. Lt. Steve Saunders told The Enquirer Tuesday that there have been no major developments since mid-December, when Brown was indicted on five charges including murder, felonious assault and gross abuse of a corpse.

"Nothing has changed as far as our feeling that there's probably foul play involved in Nylo's disappearance," Saunders said Tuesday evening. "Desean Brown, who's been arrested for Nyteisha's murder, has not been forthcoming, has not been cooperative at all with this investigation.
"The person that probably has the most information is not coming forward with that information at all."
Saunders said officers have searched around the crime scene in Walnut Hills, by the Purple People Bridge and "all along the Ohio River." Altogether, he said, units have searched over 180 miles of shoreline looking for Nylo.
Investigators have used Boone County Water Rescue's sonar equipment to search underwater, Saunders said. The Hamilton County Police Association Dive Team and North Star International, a non-profit search and rescue group, have searched along the river. People on horseback, K-9 units, a helicopter and drones have been deployed looking for Nylo.
"We're just asking people in the community to continue to provide tips and information," Saunders said. "We're following up on every single tip we've received(...) and nothing has produced any information that was credible that would lead us to knowing more about Nylo's whereabouts."
At a December vigil for Nyteisha Lattimore, Lattimore's aunt Nicole Hunter told The Enquirer Nylo and his mom were always together and had a "great personality" as a duo. She said Nylo would hold his mother's face and kiss her all over.
"It was cute," Hunter said. "You know? Their own little relationship."

Saunders says this is still an active investigation.
