Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer and defensive back David Fulcher are part of the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2021 announced Monday.
Palmer, who starred at University of Southern California from 1998 to 2002, was the first overall pick of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals from 2003 to 2010 and later played for the Oakland Raiders and the Arizona Cardinals. He was a two-time Pro Bowler for Cincinnati in addition to one Pro Bowl selection with Arizona.
Fulcher, who starred at Arizona State University from 1983 to 1985, was a third-round pick of the Bengals in the 1986 NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals from 1986 to 1992 and spent one season with the Raiders before retiring. He was a three-time Pro Bowler for Cincinnati.
